Licence Terms
A number of Landis Media Ltd. sites provide products and data for use with satellite navigation devices or mapping products. each product is issued with a Licence whether free to the END USER or not. To see copies of the Licence you are referred to the individual sites using the links provided below.
With individual data and products supplied to dedicated customers, a licence will be included with the contract or agreement. This will determine the rights of use for the data or products supplied.
Acceptance of Licence Terms - Consumer Products
Acceptance of the licence
terms. We supply data in several formats, via download and on CD ROM. Acceptance
of the consumer product licence is assumed once the user has either downloaded
or opened the CD ROM and packaging.
Should the licence conditions not be
accepted then the packaging or unopened email should be returned to Landis
Media Ltd and the Marlow office. Details of this address are provided on our
contact page (see Contact US on nav-bar).

Guidance On Using Navigation Aids
Using navigation aids does not replace the need for drivers to be aware of their surroundings and look out for real world navigation prompts including road signs. It is the responsibility of every driver to be aware of the weather, road conditions, other vehicles and anything that could effect driving, directions or visibility.
Data Protection & Customer Details
Landis Media Ltd. uses various customer information and details to despatch and supply products and services, including updates for the various licence periods of products. We explicitly do not market, share or supply this data to any other companies, business or agencies. We hold customer details securely and only uses them for contact concerning our products and services. If a customer wishes to be removed from our email contact list then we are happy to oblige.
